I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming from the very first moment. They were polite, patient, and always ready to help whenever I needed something. the food was delicious, and you could tell it was prepared with care. They were so kind and even checked in to make sure I enjoyed my meal. They were always around, making sure everything ran smoothly and that guests were comfortable. Their attitude made me feel like I was in a place that truly cares about its visitors. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at hotel Five Palms. I stayed at this hotel for 15 days and had a really wonderful experience. The staff behavior was very polite and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable, cozy, and well-maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, and the whole place made me feel just like home.
