I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Five Palms. A special mention to Priyansh at the reception, who was extremely sweet, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. He was always keen to assist and went out of his way to accommodate our requests whenever it was within his capacity. His warm and welcoming attitude genuinely made our stay more comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We especially loved the Deluxe Balcony Room — the balcony, along with the facilities provided with the room, made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience with comfortable rooms and excellent hospitality. I stayed at this hotel for 15 days and had a really wonderful experience. The staff behavior was very polite and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable, cozy, and well-maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, and the whole place made me feel just like home. Nice and decent place at a very good location. Facility and ambience are very good with value for money. Near and clean. Nice decor. Have good restaurant and rooftop lounge facilities where you can relax and chill. Service is where they can notch it up a bit. Few staff were on leave maybe so was taking little time in room service. Had a great stay at this hotel, it was a business trip and my most important ask is cleanliness of the room and restrooms, it's a brand new property and everything works seamlessly. Only issue I had was Iron and board not being available, but they attended to that feedback and arranged it the next day. Breakfast is decent with couple of options, overall I would recommend this hotel and would come back again. ~ Talha T

I was in Gurgaon for 6 weeks and 4 days as I chose to have a hip replacement at Artemis Hospital (im from the uk). I had 4 days before my surgery so stayed in a King Deluxe room at Five Palms which was very nice. I had breakfast there and, even though they had a restaurant, I was able to order in dinner deliveries. There is a lovely fruit shop next door too open 7am til late. I then went into hospital for 6 nights. After which I tried 3 other hotels in the area thinking I could find better. I couldn't. I returned to Five Palms after 3 stays in other hotels and, for the price, this was by FAR the best. The last 3 weeks I was in India I stayed in the biggest, premium room, as I wanted a bit more space. This gave me room to sit in a chair and watch TV instead of sitting on the bed as it was quite a bit bigger. TVs were smart and internet good. My rooms had a fridge/freezer which I needed to freeze my ice packs. I needed a raised toilet seat which I hired and they put up for me (I was on my own). The staff are all very helpful. If you want the room cleaned or towels changed just ask. If i were ever to go to Gurgaon again I would stay there. I really can't fault it. ~ Mandy D
