I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming from the very first moment. They were polite, patient, and always ready to help whenever I needed something. the food was delicious, and you could tell it was prepared with care. They were so kind and even checked in to make sure I enjoyed my meal. They were always around, making sure everything ran smoothly and that guests were comfortable. Their attitude made me feel like I was in a place that truly cares about its visitors. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at hotel Five Palms. The atmosphere was peaceful, the service was excellent, and everyone treated me with so much respect. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will happily return in the future.

I stayed at this hotel for 15 days and had a really wonderful experience. The staff behavior was very polite and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable, cozy, and well-maintained, which made my stay very relaxing.
The owner is very friendly and welcoming, and the whole place made me feel just like home. Since this hotel is newly opened, everything feels fresh and nicely arranged.

Nice and decent place at a very good location. Facility and ambience are very good with value for money. Near and clean. Nice decor. Have good restaurant and rooftop lounge facilities where you can relax and chill. Service is where they can notch it up a bit. Few staff were on leave maybe so was taking little time in room service. But staff was really courteous, polite and served us well. All together a pleasant stay. And good value at decent price.

Had a great stay at this hotel, it was a business trip and my most important ask is cleanliness of the room and restrooms, it's a brand new property and everything works seamlessly. Only issue I had was Iron and board not being available, but they attended to that feedback and arranged it the next day. Breakfast is decent with couple of options, overall I would recommend this hotel and would come back again.
